Tuesday the 19th of October saw an exciting new CD launch by Kevin Clark and the Craigowl Band at Perth & District Accordion and Fiddle Club. Kevin states: “it afforded me the opportunity to record some of my favourite Jimmy Blue and Jim Johnstone sets.” The assembled audience definitely liked what Kevin and the Band had produced. Toes were tapping to well remembered sets such as the Durran Ranger, Thirteen Fourteen, Rory O’More and many, many more.
The CD is called 40 50 commemorating 40 years of the Craigowl band, and 50 years of the NAAFC, and Kevin Clark has kindly recorded and dedicated this CD to the NAAFC. The proceeds of sales will go to support the NAAFC and its member clubs.
